The biggest enemy of your business management is waste. Waste can take many forms and come in all shapes and sizes. Some wastes can be found in almost all companies, regardless of big or small it is. What is to say continuing to seek and make improvements whenever the opportunity presents itself. You may not be happy with good enough and you should always be ready to seek new ideas and new thought processes.
This is why it is so important to everyone involved in the process. Anybody in business can have an idea or a thought that nobody else has thought. If you have any ideas from different angles and from different angles, you have a better chance of finding a solution that would not have been considered in the past.
For example, if you have a problem to be solved, and give you four different people the opportunity to try to solve the problem, most likely you will get four different solutions. But if you take these four people and setting a team to investigate the problem and find a solution for that, you get the best ideas from each, and a combined solution completely different.
